Shields Panthers finished with an overall record of 2-8 and in fifth place in Class 1A region three. The Panthers closed out the regular season with a loss to Red Level by a score of 49-6. J.U. Blacksher and J.F. Shields have met a total of 20 times on the football field. The Bulldogs have a 14-6-0 record against the Panthers. They last met in 2015 with J.U.
